JV with Malaysia’s Sunway Construction
Construction of five residential towers, all with three basement floors. Tower A comprises 32 floors above ground level that offers 854 apartments; Tower B has 28 additional floors; Tower C, 21 floors; Tower D, 18 additional floors, and Tower E, 22 additional floors. The project also includes 14 villas each comprising a ground floor and two additional floors. The amenities in the project include landscaped courtyards, double height atrium lobbies, podium car parking area, swimming pools, a gym and sky gardens.
